Don’t Eat These Foods

Limit your intake of sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. These foods deplete your immune system, and you need your immune system to prevent and quickly heal acne. Also, part of the role of your skin is to carry toxins out of the body. If you’re putting a lot of toxins in, this can manifest as acne. Remember, garbage in, garbage out. These foods can also throw your hormones out of balance, which causes…guess what? More acne.
I’m not one for cutting all your favorite foods out of your diet, but it’s a good idea to keep them to a minimum and be prepared when you indulge (aka do your best to follow all of the other rules).
Oh yeah, no fried foods either. Sorry. ![]()
