Don’t Touch Your Face, Ever

Rules December 20th, 2007

Ok, you sort of have to touch your face to wash it, but that is ideally the only time you should do so. If you need to scratch an itch, massage a migraine or what have you, use a clean tissue and/or wash your hands first.

This may seem a bit excessive, but you’d be surprised how dirty your hands get in a day. All those little buggies would love to crawl into your pores, but you’re not going to let them. Leaning on your palms also counts as touching your face, and definitely no picking, popping, or poking!
