  • Vitamin E reduces inflammation and increases cell repair. Take the capsules as directed on the bottle. Pierce capsules and apply to damaged skin or scars.

  • The Omega 3 fatty acids in flaxseed and fish oils reduce inflammation. Take the capsules or liquid as directed. You can also eat fish high in essential fatty acids and/or flaxseeds.
  • Zinc is said to increase cell repair and boost the immune system, which can help heal acne. Some people with acne are zinc deficient, so a zinc supplement can really make a difference.
