Use Fragrance Free, Dye Free Detergent

I love the smell of freshly washed and dried clothes too, but I don’t love what they do to my skin. Go for the “free & clear” version of your favorite detergent, and better yet switch to an all natural brand. That lovely smell is actually a residue left on the fabric (to arouse the psychological sense of “clean” of course) that can irritate sensitive skin on your face and body. You don’t need the scent, just the clean.
